Welcome to Blind Date Charters. We specialize in fishing the lower Chesapeake Bay, near shore and coastal waters for a variety of local saltwater gamefish including flounder, seabass, tilefish, cobia, red drum, black drum, spadefish, and striped bass.

MEET THE CAPTAIN

Captain Stan Gold

Capt Stan has over forty years of fishing experience. He grew up boating and fishing in New England as a kid. He spent five of his eight years in the Coast Guard assigned as a deck watch officer on two cutters, and moved to Virginia in 1996. He has spent the past ten years fishing for the numerous species this area has to offer. Capt Stan holds a 100 ton Masters License. He was also an instructor at the Hampton Roads Maritime Training Center at Tidewater Community College where he taught a Coast Guard certified 100 ton masters license class.
