Capt Stan has over forty years of fishing experience. He grew up boating and fishing in New England as a kid. He spent five of his eight years in the Coast Guard assigned as a deck watch officer on two cutters, and moved to Virginia in 1996. He has spent the past ten years fishing for the numerous species this area has to offer. Capt Stan holds a 100 ton Masters License. He is also an instructor at the Hampton Roads Maritime Training Center at Tidewater Community College where he teaches a Coast Guard certified 100 ton masters license class.

Capt Rick Williams has been fishing Virginia coastal waters for several years, and is best known for flounder and seabass fishing around wrecks. He also holds a 100 ton masters license.
